Hannah Rot is an emerging designer and creative practitioner. With an interest in using design as a catalyst for social, economical and political change, Rot explores the potential of unprecedented materials, focusing on their ability to narrate a context, bring value to user experiences and form closed-loop systems.

Temporary Constructions is an ongoing material research project developing the use of unfired London clay as a renewable and recyclable material for lighting design. Rethinking the narrative on durable, high-quality products, Temporary Constructions embraces both the fragility of the material and the transient nature of trends, to meet the commercial world's demand for temporary and evermore-progressive designs.
